CEO of Leverage Retirement, founder of Teope Media, Host of Savvy mini-series, children’s author, investor, American Retirement Association Thrive Mentor cultivating the future leaders of the retirement industry, and spearheading publications for The Naked Professional, The Goad, and Fortunaire. While her background is in Information Technology Systems, her experience includes the launch and exit of a fin-tech company, development of a saas product for TPAs, rebranding of 3 companies, and supporting retirement industry marketing directors with creating communication strategy and collateral and former host of Pull To Refresh podcast where 401k experts get curious. Using her then 12 years of operational experience as a TPA+Recordkeeper, Faith reimagined the operations of a 40-year-old TPA/RK firm to better utilize their human capital and spent 8 years aggregating tech to compress processes. 20 years were spent in managing individuals and teams. Faith sat on the regional board of Ellevate Global Women's Network and also served as a mentor. By invitation, has spoken internationally.

Narrating & Writing.

Collaborating and authoring on topics of the retirement industry, financial abuse, and raising savvy kids are some of Faith’s favorite things to write about. Her voice has been requested for narration or voice-over for both factual and entertaining audios. Currently spearheading publications for The Naked Professional, The Goad, and Fortunaire.
