Advocacy.

For Faith, it’s personal. The fight against domestic abuse is a multifaceted war. Abuse has its fingers in so many channels and many times the flag of abuse in one channel can be an indicator of abuse in other areas. Financial abuse is just one of many forms of silent, “no-visible bruises” forms of abuse and an indicator that a victim is experiencing other forms of abuse (economic, physical, psychological, verbal, emotional, sexual, cultural). This is why Faith has chosen to harness her deep understanding of retirement policy to discover ways to join the fight and safe-guard victims against financial abuse. The statistics are now 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men.
